Safety

Risk assessment and job safety analysis are mandatory at every site. Once the risks are identified, control measures are taken before work commences. Employees are provided with maps of a graphic view of the location of work parties. Continuous health and safety surveillance is maintained through safety audits carried out at regular intervals. New incumbents are taken through safety orientation programs, highlighting hazard identification techniques such as Smoke Detection and Fire Alarm System, Fire Suppression, CCTV , Biometric Access Control Systems . Daily toolbox talks at different sites are conducted. Monthly safety awards are given for best practices to motivate staff and enhance involvement and awareness.

Regular mock fire drills are conducted to ensure familiarity and reduce response time, evaluate and implement areas for improvements. Latest technology will be soon adopted to minimize risk levels and human error, including automatic welding which eliminates exposure to toxic smoke, radiation and high heat.


Quality

The objective of the entire team efforts is to establish name of Vikram Group as the most unique source of quality supplier for ‘providing external project services for various telecom operators/ Government Sector/broadband services by determining & fulfilling customer requirements.

Thus, our employee relation specialists explain policies, coach managers, advise employees and management on issues concerning them. Special focus is given to resolve internal problems, maintain positive relations and strike a balance between the needs of the employee and that of the organization.

Mentors provide guidance to employees to improve their performance. Employees are also apprised about their grievance and appeal rights, discrimination and whistleblower protections. We are confident that this engagement and involvement of employees builds a stimulating and dynamic work environment.
